About Me
I worked as a healthcare consultant at Sutherland Global Services during my college years, right after I graduated I was hired as a recruitment officer in a Cooperative for 14 months which enhanced my interpersonal skills. I decided to resign as a Recruitment officer because I had planned to take the upcoming Psychometrician board exam and luckily I passed. In February 2019, I was hired as an HR officer handling the Mindanao-wide DITO Telecom project handling around 100 Manpower. My expertise are talent management, employee benefits, training and development, compliance, workplace safety, and performance management.

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, monitor Manpower Requisition Forms and managing the employment process. Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position. Providing on-boarding orientation on policies and procedures.
