Microverse
I use over 80 hours weekly mastering JavaScript, React, React, Ruby, and Ruby on Rails in addition to HTML/CSS, Tailwind, and BootStrap by building an average of 2 projects (weekly). I dedicate a quarter of this time to improving my skills in problem-solving by practicing data structure and algorithm questions. The course structure is also developed such that I am exposed to remote pair programming and mob programming by utilizing GitHub and git-flow. Standup meetings, Morning sessions, and Partner collaborations are done on daily basis to help improve communication and other soft skills.

Provide specialized technical advice and guidance to junior developers over 1:1 video calls and chat. - Provide systematic review of the source code of a projects developed by Microverse students in order to detect and fix errors that went unnoticed in the initial phase of development, improve the project architecture and develop system maintenance practices.
