About Me

Hello! I’m Jemima.

An energetic and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant. Though I’m quite early on in this path, I believe the intensive VA training I’ve received from ALX-Africa has given me a good start to becoming an exceptional virtual assistant. I have a bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and practiced for five years in this field offering medical services to clients and stakeholders. I believe the skills and experience I have gained over the years working with clients and stakeholders as a medical practitioner are transferable to my future roles as a virtual assistant, especially in the areas of customer support and administrative assistance. while practicing professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
My goal is to be a valuable addition to any organization and offer top-notch customer support/Administrative assistance, actively involved in increasing business owners’/companies’ productive time to achieve desired objectives quickly and efficiently.
