Hi there, I am Jake. I am an aspiring freelancer but I do have an experience as a Client and Quality Analyst for two years which has helped me develop a wide range of skills in administrative tasks and data entry. I have also been in the BPO industry since 2017 and have a background in customer service and technical support and writing experience as student journalist and managing editor of our school paper during high school.
