My journey began with working in different aspects of the economy, a strong foundation in the educational field, and project management. I quickly realized that my true passion lay in helping teams work together more efficiently and effectively.

I am committed to fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. My ultimate goal is to help my teams reach their full potential and deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.

In the future, I aspire to continue growing as a leader in the agile community, sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and driving meaningful change in the way organizations approach software development.
