Ian Berryman
About Me
I’m a full stack engineer working full time in the banking industry. Before tech I worked in a variety of roles, so I’m familiar with many facets of the industry. I’m always looking for opportunities to help startups, especially in the fintech space.
I primarily use Java and Spring on the back-end, although I’ve dabbled in Kotlin, nodeJS, Python and Groovy. On the frontend, I’ve used React as well as vanilla JS and Bootstrap. I’ve dabbled in cross-platform React Native and Flutter, as well as native Android. And I’m always looking to expand my knowledge.

The NACHA Challenge is an international competition designed to foster innovation in the payments industry. I completed against teams from IBM and Alacriti and was selected for the audience choice award after presenting at the PAYMENTS conference in San Diego, CA, US.
