About Me

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to discuss about myself for the volunteer role. My name is Hafizh Islami, and I’m excited to share more about my background and experience that make me a strong fit for this role.
I am 27 years old and hold a degree in Business Administration from Riau University. My academic background has equipped me with valuable skills in administration and management, which I believe will contribute effectively to the volunteer role.
i started my career in shipyard company PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa as a safety officer for about 7 months, This role taught me the importance of meticulous attention to detail and maintaining a culture of safety in the workplace.
After completing the project with PT. Patria Maritim Perkasa, I transitioned to the travel tech industry with PT Globaltix Teknologi Indonesia. At Globaltix, I held the position of a Product Creation Executive. Allow me to provide a glimpse into my responsibilities in this role:
1. Analyzing Prospective Clients: I engaged with potential clients by presenting them with proposal contracts. Upon agreement with the contract terms, I facilitated meetings to gather crucial information about their products.
2. Creating New Merchants in the System: I was responsible for inputting client data and developing comprehensive product content. This included key details such as highlights, restrictions, meeting points, and more.
3. Distributing Products: Following the creation of new products, I ensured their distribution to agents and e-commerce platforms. This involved determining the appropriate pricing in accordance with the contract rates.
4. Data Record Management: I meticulously maintained accurate records of new products within the system, ensuring that all relevant information was organized and accessible.
Through these experiences, I have honed my skills in relationship-building, data management, and effective communication.
