My name is Grace Tamunodukobipi, I am a Virtual Assistant with specialty in Customer Relations and Support.

With 3+ years of experience, I worked with product sales brands, honing my skill in customer relations and customer satisfaction, improving customer experience with a product, and finding new solutions to product queries.

Working in customer support, I learned to utilize social media platforms such as; Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to address customer inquiries on goods and services, ensuring consumer satisfaction, and creating sales leads with a significant sales increase of 10%. I am dedicated to providing consumers satisfaction by improving customer experience with products and services and focusing on interacting with customers concerning inquiries on products and services, Conducting usability studies to improve customer experience with products, documenting and updating customer records based on interactions for sales leads, develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, engage in product design by responding to ad-hoc questions and finding new solutions to product queries. Scheduling and performing all vital computer functions needed to succeed and retain a good relationship with clients.

 

I love a challenge and prioritize staying up to date with the latest technology in serving those I help. As a good listener, I always maintain a calm composure and positive attitude when speaking to a customer. I enjoy the easy flow of communication and find it easy to work with very demanding clients.
