Although I don’t have previous HR recruiting experience, I’m a fast learner, and I have the right attitude to face the challenge that this position implies. My goal is to learn within a team and figure out how to go through the recruitment process successfully by getting the right profiles at the right time.
People who knows me always describe me as a very detailed oriented and communicative person because I really enjoy listening and observing people’s gestures always paying attention to the words they use. I’m really fond of technology and I like working on my own as well. That’s why searching profiles, sourcing and solving problems alone would also be a suitable task for me.
I want to join your company because I am a communication-oriented psychology student and I am looking to start a career in the talent recruitment area with a formal and organized team. I believe it is very important to provide professional solutions to clients’ needs. I wish to learn and grow reaching great goals.
