• Providing formal Training on Sexual & Reproductive Health in adolescent & youth/Maternal,Newborn & Child Health/Family Planning & Nutrition with mainstreaming gender & social accountability. • Leading on external engagement with key stakeholders in government, private sector,UN,donors & civil society including academia, media & other development practitioners. • Coordinate nutrition and WASH & to implement, manage and monitor the RIPA Nutrition and WASH activities at community level in a way that results in greater progress and synergies for nutrition and WASH impact. • establishing or strengthening community level nutrition groups like Mother-to-Mother support Groups; School Health Clubs and Male Champion groups. • Provide screening of GBV among women and give psychological support for girls and women who are victims of gender based violence clinical services.

• Supervise all maternity staff to ensuring all patients in labour are properly monitored through the use of the partograph and that staff are confident and competent in doing so,as well as able to provide efficient Antenatal, postnatal, new-born care and Family Planning. • Provide strategic direction, leadership, coaching and overall technical and management support to health providers and other at L/ward to ensure that interventions related to the delivery of maternal and child health services are technically appropriate. • Role models for best practices in midwifery and providing women-centered respectful compassionate care. • Submit monthly report providing details of prevention project, such as patient identification, total delivery per month ,total family planning provided & survey of available at labour ward to OBY/GHYN department head ,quality Officer and to other concerned body when necessary. • Provide quality and timely training on basic emergency obstetric care for obstetric complications with the requisite on the job training to ensure that all staff can carry out these activities correctly.
