About Me

I am a 22-year-old Italian graduate who has just completed an MSc in Human Resources and Organisation at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). This course has prepared me thoroughly to undertake a career in HR, making me an expert in aspects such as Strategic HRM, which focuses on how to best manage a workforce and guarantee high productivity; and Organisational Behaviour, which focuses on the psychological aspects of dealing with employees, such as power balance, psychological contracts, and personality types.
The Master’s degree also taught me the importance of HR in Multinationals, allowing me to develop a global view of how businesses operate at such size and the essential role HR plays in it.
I also have the strongest and most up-to-date education in the field of HR Management and Business Administration. My vision would provide unique knowledge on Personnel Management during a pandemic, what are the most important aspects to consider and how employee potential can be maximised despite restrictions, this being an important aspect our course focused on this year.
My master’s dissertation was written in collaboration with a company specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted coaching. The title is: The importance of Trust in Artificial Intelligence assisted coaching. It explores the factors which affect trust in AI and how these impact trust in coaching offered by the company.
Overall, the MSc has provided me with a wide set of skills to succeed in the HR and business management world.
I am especially experienced in workplace misconduct and the deviant side of business practices, such as workplace drug use, harassment, and discrimination. This is in no small part due to my undergraduate study, a BA in Criminology from the University of York.
In terms of work experience, I am currently managing the client relations and marketing of my family business. This role includes the organisation of bookings and customer requests, with particular attention to client needs. In the marketing aspect, I deal with both the management of promotion campaigns, through search engines and social media, intended to improve the visibility of the structure (SEO), and price optimization through revenue management systems (RMS).
Outside of work I love spending my time involved in theatrical activities. I have acted in and directed multiple shows in the past ten years. I often find that directing has contributed

significantly to making me a more organised and effective leader. In such a role one often finds himself having to deal with groups as large as 20 of diverse individuals, each needing to be pointed in the right direction and managed. Despite such challenge I have always maintained my cool and never cracked under pressure, my highly conscientious and extroverted personality being a key factor in allowing this. Furthermore, when I act, I always need to be a team player, collaborating with both other actors and the production team to deliver the best performance possible.
I also have advanced experience, developed during my Master’s, in the use of the Microsoft Office package: PowerPoint, Excel and Word. As such, I am well versed in preparing direct and effective presentations, and in drafting spreadsheets.
