Graduate with a Psychology degree, she has experience in the Educational and Consumer Goods Industry. Her experience skillset is writing, teaching Early Childhood, and Behavioral Event Interviews. She is highly interested in terms of deepening and taking action on current issues about the climate crisis, sustainability, gender equality, zero waste, and slow living.

Currently, graduate and pursuing a career shift as UX Researcher/UX Writer from Dibimbing.id Bootcamp/Academy.

Recent experience as Talent Acquisition responsibility is managing all recruitment processes for Staff – Spv Level. In charge of all process recruitment from Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Discuss with Users, also administration activities such as MCU scheduling and TA Department payments. Created concept and coordinated with the design team to create Opportunity/Internship flyers and Instagram feed/reels.
Achieved handling Kalbe Nutritionals presence and awareness to student/youth through Webinar, Virtual Opportunity Fair, Project; KNIP x Kampus Merdeka, Management Trainee, and other activities. Resolved administration process with supplier/business partner on a daily basis. Improved Advanced and Settlement finance flow process in TA Dept and Mentored this process to co-workers.
