I am an economics management graduate from Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta who is passionate about human resources. I have work experiences at PT Mitra Semeru Indonesia as a human resource intern who makes a final project about manpower planning and at Kantor Kementrian Agraria as an administrative intern. As a human resource intern, I made a final project on manpower planning which contains job descriptions, recruitment, and orientation. I am an inquisitive person that enjoys learning new things and finding solutions to existing situations.
