Proficient in analyzing data using Excel, Python, and SQL, and creating dashboard using Tableau and Google Data Studio to create insights and support make data-driven decision. Experienced in creating machine learning models to predict outcome. A person with strong analytics skill, problem-solver, curious, adaptive, and able to work with team.

Startup Campus
Successfully finished final project of Data Science Startup Campus program to predict customer churn using Python, Excel, SQL, and Google Data Studio using e-commerce datasets. • Performed in-depth data analysis of millions of rows of transaction, customer, products, and click-stream data. • Sucessfully created customer churn prediction model with 89% accuracy using Random Forest and provide recommendations to prevent costumer churn.
Google Data Analytics Final Project
Successfully analyzed call center data in Excel using pivot table and formula such as VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc. • Successfully created dashboard in Excel and Google Data Studio that provide dynamic visualization of important metrics such as total number of calls, average call duration, response time, call trend, and call locations.
