About Me

Transitioning from teaching and seeking an entry-level role in Information Technology. Completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate — an eight-month intensive IT support program that covers troubleshooting, customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security, and includes evaluative hands-on assessments.

Technology has allowed me to work and engage with people from all over the world. Working as an online teacher I sharpened my time management and communication skills whereas working remotely at a start-up helped me get used to fast-paced and changing scenarios. In fact, remote work has never been a struggle since connecting with others is not a complex task for me. I can convey my ideas clearly and as an active listener, I am able to understand others’ needs with ease.

I am a self-learner who is always motivated to learn and achieve high results. Currently, I am taking Cisco CCNA 200-301 Exam: Complete Course with practical labs and an Ethical Hacking Course as I aim to work with cybersecurity and networks as well as I also need to deepen my knowledge on these topics to have a solid foundation.
