- Conduct analysis and creating dashboard for MT’s (Management Trainees) key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive program enhancements and decision making. - Collect and organize employee data using HRIS. - Managed the end-to-end reimbursement process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company policies and procedures. - Manage the onboarding process, including coordinating schedules, liaising with relevant personnel, and creating onboarding materials. - Guide evaluation review and psychometric tests for internal also 360-degree feedback for MT.
