Eric Lovera Hirano
About Me
I’ve always enjoyed working as a team leader, so much so that I started my career as a pedagogical manager at Wizard by Pearson in 2015.
After graduating in Civil Engineering, I started my entrepreneurial career. I opened an architectural design company called Arc 7 Arquitetos (https://www.instagram.com/arc7.arquitetos/), and another consulting company called Hirano Soluções Imobiliárias. At Hirano, I provide consultancy for team management, construction management and productivity measurement. At Arc 7 I had the opportunity to test the use of the scrum framework to carry out architectural and engineering projects with some success.
With two years of experience in agile processes related to architectural projects, I was responsible for being the Product Owner and dealing directly with generating value for the customer and accelerating ROI. I collected stories and epics, created and refined the backlog, defined sprints and held feedback meetings with stakeholders.
I really enjoyed working as a product owner and would like something related to technology, for the possibility of growth and for the possibility to work remotely.
