About Me
I’m a UX Designer with an experience in in customer service and event coordination. Throughout my career in the customer service industry, I learned how to balance the customer’s needs with business as well as became very good at empathizing and understanding people. Working in a fast-paced environment also improved some of my key skills including critical thinking, decision making as well as communication which were also easy to transfer into the UX field. Working with various clients in the events field, has taught me how to identify customer pain points and present solutions that work for clients. Now, as a skilled UX Designer, I want to build products that will both satisfy the customer and the business needs.
