During my time at YourPassion1st, I had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of the organization's mission. Initially, I was involved in the recruitment process, where my responsibilities included identifying and attracting young adults and mentors who were passionate about making a difference in their communities. Through this experience, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to evaluate and select individuals who aligned with the organization's values and goals. Currently, as an Administrative Assistant, I play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication channels with our valued donors. One of my key responsibilities is managing the mail system, ensuring that all correspondence is promptly and accurately delivered. I have honed my organizational and multitasking skills by prioritizing and handling a large volume of mail efficiently. Additionally, I collaborate closely with the fundraising team to prepare and send personalized appreciation letters and acknowledgments to our generous donors. Through this role, I have developed a keen attention to detail, ensuring that each communication reflects the organization's gratitude and commitment to our supporters. Working at YourPassion1st has provided me with valuable experience in the recruitment process and administrative duties. I have gained a strong understanding of the importance of effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
