About Me
I used to be a preschool teacher. I loved it and was then interested in human resource development. However, I recognized my subject at college about inclusive education that all of us are different and have our own characteristics so we need to create solutions that foster productivity. While still working as a teacher now, I improve my skills in human resources development with learn and joining online training about labour law in Indonesia, online webinars about human resource organisations and training for Montessori kindergarten teachers.
You will find me observing how people meet their daily needs, observing over-changing consumer sentiments and analysing business models in a bid to create ventures with a positive impact on employees, people, organisations and society at large especially all participants at school.

Responsible for handling a class of 17 students of age group 5-6 years old. Coordinating with other teacher to plan and organize special event for students, parents and teachers. Preparing the lesson plans and method of assesments. Coordinating with the parents and updating about their child’s development and performance. Making AVA (Audio Visual Aid) for teaching children
