- greeting customers as they enter the cafe with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing infromation about menu items and answering customer inquiries. - accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, including taking food and beverage orders, handling cash and e-wallet. - maintained meticulous records of daily transactions, producing accurate cash and sales reports as rewuired by management.
