About Me

My name is Ojiaku Collins, I graduated with a bachelors degree in economics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. I ventured in sales as a sales representative for a Pharmacy store (Delasco Pharmacy) after my one year of mandatory service, while working in the Pharmacy store I was charged with duties such as attending to customers when the need to make a purchase, taking note of customers complains regarding our(De-lasco Pharmacy) services and products also channeling the complaint to the right channel for solutions to be proffered and give feedback to the customers regarding their complaint.

I am aspiring to become a proficient Business Analyst and I believe I can attain proficiency in my new found career path as my previous role aas a sales representative has equipped me with one of the fundamentals of Business Analysis which is finding solution to problems. During my time as a sales representative finding solution to problems was one task I undertook and I know I can excel in this area of study as I intend to put my best foot forward during my volunteer period with any organization needing my service.
