A highly ambitious individual with over 3 years of experience within the data science industry using my technical skills to provide businesses valuable insights. With robust technical skills in Python, Power BI and MS Excel, I excel in cleaning, manipulating and transforming data into a state that it can be analysed to gain insights that drives business decisions.Examples of this include but are not limited too:

Transformed a manual Excel-based reporting process into an automated dashboard using Power BI, resulting in a 67% reduction in reporting time, from 1 hour 30 minutes to just 30 minutes.
Designing a predictive model using python to forecast and predict future trends with key performance indicators such as complaints .
Produced comprehensive weekly reports tracking site performance metrics and evaluating the effectiveness of customer service advisors providing recommendations to site manager on how they can improve their performance

Power BI – Proficient in creating interactive dashboards which display insights in a format that can easily be understood by stakeholders
