I’m an Administrative assistant and Customer Service Representative who aspires to be a professional Customer Support Specialist. I help CEOs/Managers handle office tasks like developing and maintaining file systems and taking inbound calls, email management, taking orders using CRM tools, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks.

I am teachable, detail-oriented, organized, and a good time manager. I am readily available for volunteering roles in administrative assistance and customer service.
