Hi I am Taohui, currently a student from Digital and Interaction design master program in Politecnico di Milano. I am an interdisciplinary user experience designer with strong analytical thinking and visual skill. My desire is to create seamless user experience according to the product’s business strategy from start to end by connecting the touchpoint in every service encounter.
With a multi-disciplinary background in engineering, business and design, I’m always passionate in solving problems in a practical and rigorous way with considerations in market requirements and financial feasibility.

. Defined the interaction principles and logic flow of the top navigation bar in movie viewing function which will be implemented in the next version iteration . Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define multi-modal interaction logic for AR glasses, taking charge of video prototyping and user testing . Led the research on AIGC tools for smart projector operating systems, contributing to the long-term AI transformation strategy.

. Coordinated and participated in the framework design and distribution of Nanyang Technological University's 2021 Fall Graduate Employment Survey, collecting over 4,000 responses . Contributed to the creation of comparative analysis reports, analysing key trends, and providing valuable insights to the Career Service Department.

Designed and developed interactive data visualisation dashboards for 12 wastewater treatment plants in China by using Microsoft Power BI to ensure accurate and responsive remote monitoring function . Supported over 20 cross-functional stakeholders by troubleshooting technical issues and answering inquiries, obtained 100% satisfaction rate.
