Manage files and folders on a computer, including creating, copying, moving, renaming, and deleting files, as well as organizing files into directories or folders. Identify and resolve common technical issues, such as restarting a computer, troubleshooting internet connectivity problems, and dealing with software errors. Familiarity with common keyboard shortcuts for increased efficiency in various software applications, such as copying and pasting, undoing and redoing actions, and navigating between windows or tabs.
