    My name is Charity. I am a dedicated assistant with a passion for organization and efficiency. With 3+ years of experience in administrative support, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a keen ability to prioritize tasks.

My expertise lies in researching, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and as well as handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. I am highly proficient in various software programs, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and am comfortable working with different varieties of office equipment and technology.

I pride myself in my excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and my ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals. I am a proactive problem-solver, always searching for ways to improve processes and streamline workflows.
