Working under the direction of the Director of General Affairs and Human Resources, I was assigned to Deputy Director of Learning as a Training Needs Analyst to direct training need analysis (TNA) based on employees performance results then transform to Individual Development Program which enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company Opportunity Task: Develop training needs program for +1500 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees throughout Indonesia by determining competency gaps, job performance requirements, processing data, analyzing results, and determining the 'needs' for appropriate competency development.

As an intern at the Sari Farma Vocational School, my colleagues and I have made several efforts to assist in the resolution of these issues, including organizing an educational seminar on the theme of career choice, titled 'Lecture and Work, Are You Ready?', developing a module on how to overcome academic anxiety, and providing counseling to students in need. In this internship program, I am tasked with assisting BK teachers or school counselors and participating in providing counseling to students, conducting analysis and making psychoeducation for 11th grade students, and providing counseling related to career guidance for 12th grade students.
