About Me

My name is Cynthia Sefakor Gadawu, an HR Associate with BYF recruitment and consultancy. I have over 3 years of work experience in the HR field. Aside my first degree in human resource management,  I recently completed my professional certification course in human resource management with chartered institute of human resource management Ghana (CIHRM Ghana) and I’m set to graduate in December 2023.

I possess very strong communication skills both written and verbal, good decision-making skills, good leadership skills among others.
