About Me

My name is Brenda Wanja and I am a bachelor’s degree graduate of the United States International University in Nairobi, Kenya. During my university period, I participated in the United Nations Third Committee (Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural) from January 2022 at the United States International University in Africa and I was part of the communications team, also the role of a social media manager. In this position, also had the responsibilities of; Creating posts to be shared on the different school WhatsApp groups, sharing information via other apps such as Emails and WhatsApp, and making sure the virtual posters and information relevant to the conference and the simulation are circulated throughout in the university. I have also work experience of one year; as a salesperson for 4 months and 8 months as a collection specialist. In my work experience, I got an extensive knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office programs, and data collection.

I would describe myself as someone who is highly flexible, a self-driven person, and a very quick learner. I have also outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. My experience as an International Relations student has provided me with the expertise to be able to make a valuable contribution to companies.
