I am Barbara Peters, from Ghana πŸ‡¬πŸ‡­.

I have been in the corporate space for about a decade now and one thing that I am confident of as my goal-getter is the excellent customer relations skills that I exhibit. Coupled with good communication, I also excel in any win-win negotiating deal.

I want to now focus on building a career path in Customer Service where I help organisations sustain high customer service standards, address high-level customer inquiries about products or services and also enact strategies to help increase sales and increase accountability. Above all, I am very keen on supporting organisations build or increase their consumer base.

I also ensure that customers or members are satisfied with service delivery. I will be glad to take on roles in customer relations management, community outreaches, data analysis(MySQL,Power Bi) and any operational and administrative position.
