Provided administrative support to the Regional Immigration Head, assisting with various tasks. Developed weekly analytical reports on passport application data from each West Java immigration office. Processed over 100+ residence permit applications daily using the online system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Supported diverse digital marketing efforts at Erajaya, gaining hands- on experience in social media, copywriting, and campaign strategy.
