University Lecturer but ready to face new challenge as HR Staff. Understand about the UU
Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja and derivatives of Government Regulations, able to implement
the process of end to end recruitment, payroll administration, wages components, BPJS and PPH
21, determines the salary structure of job evaluation, understand the concept of total rewards and
how to analyze it, create PKWT and PKWTT work agreements, create SOPs, create jobdesc of man
power planning (MPP), arranging ADDIE method training, company regulations (PP). Posses good
communication and writing skills, organized and keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills
and highly adaptable, fast learner and have a high determination and enthusiasm to learn new
things, strong time management and able to work underpressure and tight deadline. A hardworker
and comfortable to liaison with people from various levels, and quite apt in activities where I
usually proactive and initiative contribute ideas and apply knowledge learnt and to work both
independently and teamwork with self-leadership.
