Bachelor of Psychology from the University of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Successfully completed a study period of 3 years and 5 months with a GPA of 3.57. Active in volunteer activities and has a leadership spirit. Detail oriented and has good communication skills. Mastering knowledge of industrial and organizational psychology and able to conduct observations and interviews. Has studied the theory of industrial and organizational psychology, personality psychology, measurement of test kits, and psychodiagnostics (interviews and observations). Have aspirations to work in the human field resources.
Beside that my hobby is reading books in my spare time and have published several works. And i like watching other people or observing to assess someone’s personality and explore my capabilities.

- Initiated an association to create a public speaking training program in accordance with the members' interests which was successfully attended by 50 students. - Carrying out scientific writing training (KTI) which was attended by 45 students. - Collaborating with Langkat student associations at other universities in making a local land love webinar which was successfully attended by 3 universities outside USU. - Carrying out the sustainable himala webinar program as a form of the Langkat natural resource development program which was successfully attended by 45 students.
