Role incorporated within a global ecommerce department. Responsible for the mid-funnel (PLPs, PDPs) and the post-sales domain (Support) in the markets using the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform in the European and North American markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▶ Setting up the product roadmap on a yearly basis and fine tuning it on quarterly basis based on the RICE scoring system; ▶ Planning the user stories on a 2-week Sprint cycle (and monthly releases) and prioritizing the backlog with a remote scrum team (10 FTEs: back-end developers, front-end developers, QAs; + UX designers, web analysts and CRO specialists); ▶ Preparing and presenting the monthly release overview to stakeholders; ▶ Organizing workshops with stakeholders to identify and tackle the main pain points in specific flows of the customer journey; ▶ Validating feature hypothesis through A/B tests; ▶ Gathering web analytics data, customer feedback and benchmark reports to continuously construct insights informing the roadmap. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▶ Managing ecommerce projects within the sales and post-sales domains in order to improve the e2e customer experience of an online order delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic period (including web features and email communication); ▶ Coaching 3 (Medior) Project Managers as well as coordinating and overviewing their deliverables. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS: ✅ Setting up new processes and tools to support the demand generation on a quarterly basis between the EU market (CX, Operations and CS) and the global Product teams (Front-end, Back-end, CRM); ✅ Rolling out several order email flows regarding accurate information the delivery process as well as improving the UX in the order confirmation page to all European markets.

Product Owner of a distributed team (remote and onsite) responsible for a REST Service distributing content from different CMS's to various APIs and Front-Ends. Working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) with joint Products teams from Air France and KLM. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ▶ Developing the product roadmap; ▶ Planning and prioritizing the Epics and Features for each quarterly PI based on the WSJF framework and the User Stories for each 2-week Sprint; ▶ Managing the backlog and the applications’ technical debt; ▶ Acquiring and onboarding new consumers within the several domains (B2C, B2B, B2E); ▶ Organizing demos and training sessions within the organization; ▶ Setting up Product and Team's KPIs, metrics and targets in order to provide monthly and ad-hoc reports; ▶ Promoting the team's achievements towards the business and other stakeholders.
