Hi,
My name is Alya and from Indonesia. I graduated in 2021 majoring in Chemistry, however Business Development and Strategy are my biggest passion. I am currently working as a Commercial Funding Officer for State-Owned Bank in Indonesia. My responsibility including maintaining good relationship between Bank and Customer, Manage customer’s asset up to 70 Billion rupiahs, providing solutions for customer’s need, and doing research for growing products.
Back when I was a student, I was chosen as a Research Assistant and responsible for published an International Paper. Research, Business, and Strategy are 3 key words to explain about myself.

• Assess volume requirements against planning assumption using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) tool. • Analyse demand data, work with procurement team in the expediting of order readiness. • Manage 25 Items of chemicals with different of suppliers. • Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting process and methods are followed. • Purchase materials for production purpose from overseas and local suppliers. • Work collaboratively with external and internal parties on supply chain review. • Schedule the supply of materials and components to meet production requirement and minimum safety stock level. • Manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for materials delivery from supplier to point of fit. • Maintain records for purchased products, delivery information and schedule, as well as the shipping documents. • Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that will affect production. • Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy. • Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels. • Implement all processes to agreed standards, targets, and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement. • Create and maintain a good relationship with suppliers to ensure high service and quality
