Career Starter Pack Key Responsibilities: 1. Developing project scheme & timeline before running the program 2. Establish & maintenance project management system 3. Provide administrative project support to Project Manager 4. Assist in delivery Monitoring & Evaluation each project 5. Coordinate with General Affair (GA) to manage Inventory & Purchases 6. Coordinate with Finance Team to controlling budget implementation 7. Direct supervise Project Assistant and Project Operation to support project implementation. Accomplishment 1. Managing project RB Batik YCAB Semarang from Nov 2019 - present 2. Coordinate Project Officer to manage 30 small business batik cloth group to developing their business such as Digital Marketing, Business processes, and sales. 3. Organizing 10 training program for project named with "Ready to Work Youth Employement Program" 4. Helping BLK Wonogiri to improve the management vocational training and become honored to receive 1st place as Best Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) in December 2021.
