About Me

My name is Akpan Janet Jeremiah. I am an energetic and performance-driven Customer Service Manager with over 5 years of experience leading teams, improving performance, identifying opportunities, and successfully defusing the toughest clients in a call center. I have an excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to respectfully interface with executives from various departments and divisions.

I have a strong leadership and communication skills that I would like to continue developing.

I also want to gain experience in a multinational organization. I would like to manage international projects and globally dispersed teams. This will help me achieve my goals of leading a productive team in the future.
