About Me

I am Han Zhang a Sophomore from from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I will introduce myself from the following aspects:Business sense, Leadership and diverse interests.

Firstly, I have some experience and understanding on business and I am good at structural thinking.
In the Oliver Wyman Impact Competition ,mine teammate and I designed a growth strategy for a local toy company facing development difficulties.We first completed a market overview including growth rate, channel proportion ,industry chain and the consumer profile of the current market.Then three constructive strategies were proposed ,which is Establish China Chic IP,Take flower building blocks as the key marketing object and Highlight the philosophy of eco-friendly and educational significance.Finally,a implementation timeline is made including the stage of opening etc.

In the Bain & Company Consulting Competition,our client wish to achieve carbon neutral in animal husbandry.We focused on the dairy industry and made a overview to find out the key pollution and pain points of each process in this industry like the feeding part which emits great amount of mathane.Then we formulated the strategy .From the Macro perspective we researched policies and the carbon trading market mechanism.From the micro perspective,we proposed seletive breeding and other three strategies in the upstream of the industrial chain,baseline unification and other four strategies in the midstream and logistics optimizing in the downstream.Finally we made the implemenatition plan and prioritized Yili ranch as pilot.

Futhermore,I I consider myself having a certain level of leadership and organization skills.I am good at communicating with people and could better understand their feelings .From the team building organization as a class leader to the large-scale recruitment, interviews and training of am outstanding student training program, I work with meticulousness and patience, logic and leadership.

Moreover,I follow many topics and areas,making me a diverse and inclusive person.I sometimes think about how an educational product can be designed and marketed to get more bang for its buck,and also pay attention to the concept of light diet and healthy life.In the future, I may use interdisciplinary skills and theories to deepen my career in education,technology, or sustainable development.
