About Me

I am Muhammad Afif Hidayatullah, I am writing to express my interest in the field of Human Resource
Development (HRD). As a recent Psychology graduate from Aligarh Muslim University, I have developed a
passion for helping organizations create positive and productive work environments through HRD initiatives.
Throughout my academic career, I have gained knowledge and practical experience in various areas of HRD,
including training and development, performance management and organizational behavior. I have also taken
courses in human resource management and labor law, which have enhanced my understanding of the field.
My experience working as an intern in the public relations department of a leading multinational organization has
also helped me gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of the HRD function. I am involved
in developing and delivering training programs, conducting performance appraisals, and facilitating employee
engagement initiatives.
I believe that my academic background and practical experience have prepared me well to contribute to the HRD
function in any organization. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for building
relationships with employees at all levels. I am also comfortable using technology to develop and deliver HRD
initiatives.
I am very passionate about the prospect of working in HRD and contributing to the growth and success of your
