About Me
Greetings! My name is Adefrid. I am currently an undergraduate student at Universitas Indonesia majoring in communication science with a specialization in public relations. I identify myself as a young Indonesian changemaker who is enthusiastic about public relations, sustainability, and education. I aspire to create a well-informed society in Indonesia where people can possess high awareness towards important global and social issues around them. Through my volunteering experience at SkilledUp Life, I hope to acquire more proficient skills and new knowledge about communication in the tech startup industry.

Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Indonesia (HMIK UI)
- I was assigned as the steering committee to monitor social and environmental projects carried out by staffs. - I was responsible for leading and supervising 6 staffs to carry out social or environmental projects. - I handled external communication with stakeholders such as non-profit organizations and student associations. - I succeeded in leading and supervising 6 staff members in carrying out 2 social projects.
Acquisition Support Staff
PT. Cakrawala Andalas Televisi (ANTV)
- I assisted in doing translation of media content from English to Indonesian. - I reviewed media content. - I assisted in compiling and designing pitching presentation materials. - I did research about trending things. - I participated in weekly evaluation meetings with related production houses.

- I was assigned as a project officer to organize a workshop about learning sign language for undergraduate students at the Department of Communication, Universitas Indonesia. - I was responsible for conducting research for the contents of By.Comm's publicity materials which will be published in all HMIK UI social media channels. - I was in charge to provide and ensure that the information in By.Comm's publicity materials are accurate and reliable.
