About Me
Adebisi is a natural leader with an excellent record of managing people and relationships. A Human Resource Enthusiast with hands-on experience in Business Process Outsourcing(BPO), Human Resource Management(HRM), Recruitment, Selection, Verification, Interview Coordination, Documentation, Opportunity Briefing and Training, Database management, Test Administration, and Onboarding. With over 4 years of experience in People and Business Management, I manage employees at different levels while coordinating service delivery with Recruiters across the 7 regions I currently serve. Over the years, I have built a unique set of skills that I utilize to achieve organizational goals with business stakeholders across regions. With my people and operations management skills, I deliver seamless operations service to individuals, partners, and businesses I serve.
It is pertinent to mention that I am passionate about people and development.
