At Resource Intermediaries Limited, I worked on a customer survey project for Eterna oil plc across Nigeria. I used Excel to clean and manipulate the data, SQL to query and extract relevant information, and Power BI to create a report and presentation for the stakeholders. I delivered the project within the deadline and received positive feedback from the client. The insights derived from this project brought about better customer relation which brought about an increase in customer base as well as an increase in sales for Eterna oil plc.
