About the Opportunity:
We are searching for volunteers to assist in Lead Generation, Outbound Marketing and Business Development.

Volunteer requirements:
1. Applications should only be made if you have an interest in the Real Estate sector (As this is where you’ll grow your LinkedIn connections) and note there are other opportunities, with other startups, within skilledup.life for other industries
2. Fluent in English and/or able to work with the assistance of grammarly.com
3. Accurate with data entry and able to use Google Sheets

Time & Date commitments – Please only apply if the schedule can be met:
– Start date: 1st June 2024
– Training times UK time zone: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (12:00 to 12:45)
– Minimum hours per month: 15 + Training Schedule

Minimum local environment requirements (Non-Negotiable)
– A reliable internet connection that is capable to screen sharing via Google Meet
– Personal Gmail account for Google Analytics
– Use WhatsApp for group conversations

Your volunteer role includes
– Lead generation (Apollo.io)
– CRM Data cleansing and entry (HubSpot.com)
– Instagram and LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator
– Using numerous email finder tools and techniques
– Using the website CMS Selldone
– Google Suite of tools

What will you learn and what skills will I gain?
– Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry including numerous sector specific terminology
– Property Development, Management and Construction sector knowledge
– B2B Lead Generation and Business Development Skills
– Secondary area of Outbound Marketing and Sales
– Building a website using a CMS system
– Using and adding data to the SHEDyt platform
– Knowledge of Property Technology (PropTech)
– Numerous online software experience
– Build a nteowrk of Real Estate Professionals
– Connections will be gained with Real Estate Professionals on Linkedin in the UK

Once a 3-month satisfactory outcome is delivered, we will:
– Provide LinkedIn profile recommendation
– Personal reference from the CEO if required for future work applications
