We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Website Store & Resources Development Specialist to manage and enhance our website, online store, and resource offerings for couples therapists. In this role, you will ensure a seamless user experience, maintain up-to-date product listings, and develop helpful resources that engage and support couples therapists. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize our website as a key platform for growth and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the website store, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, availability, and high-quality visuals.
Develop and update digital resources, including guides, tutorials, FAQs, templates, and downloadable content to support users and app marketing.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create landing pages, promotional pages, and resource hubs.
Optimize website content for SEO and conversion, including meta tags, product descriptions, and calls to action.
Coordinate with developers to ensure smooth website functionality, responsive design, and performance optimization.
Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement, track user engagement, and make data-driven updates.
Assist in content planning and organization to keep resources relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging.
Troubleshoot website issues, manage updates, and implement enhancements for better user experience.
Support marketing campaigns by creating website banners, feature sections, and resource promotions.

Requirements
Proven experience managing websites, e-commerce stores, or digital resource platforms.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace.
Experience with SEO, website optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, etc.).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional marketing team.
Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for web and mobile.
Interest in the field of couples therapy and the needs of couples therapists is a plus.
