Coach Tribe is an innovative online coaching platform dedicated to empowering individuals through personal and business growth. We are currently seeking a Sales & Client Acquisition Volunteer to help expand our reach, attract new clients, and build relationships with coaches and businesses interested in our services.

Opportunity Overview
As a Sales & Client Acquisition Volunteer, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving engagement with our coaching marketplace. Your work will directly contribute to growing our community of coaches and clients, making high-quality coaching accessible to more people.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, partners, and coaches to onboard onto our platform.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Coach Tribe’s value proposition.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and pipeline progress.
• Assist in developing sales materials, pitch decks, and outreach templates.
• Collaborate with the  team to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and networking.
• Ability to conduct client outreach professionally via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Basic understanding of sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a bonus.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, self-development, and coaching.

Commitment

• Duration: 3 months
• Time Requirement: At least two hours per day
• Work Mode: Part-time, Remote
