Purpose:

To support the Sales Manager in researching, reaching out to, and tracking potential business clients for Dustid, ensuring all outreach and marketing activities are well-documented and aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

Research potential business clients in the UK.
Use tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn to find leads and contact information.
Add leads into Google Sheets or the CRM.
Assist with sending outreach emails under the Sales Manager’s supervision.

Email Marketing Support

Help write and schedule follow-up or nurture emails (newsletters, proposals, updates).
Segment mailing lists and monitor engagement.
Track email performance metrics (open rates, clicks, responses).

CRM & Tracking

Maintain up-to-date records of outreach activities in the CRM or lead tracker.
Record responses and next steps for each contact.
Prepare simple weekly reports summarising outreach and engagement outcomes.

Skills & Experience Needed:

Strong online research and data entry skills.
Good written communication and attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Organised, consistent, and able to follow instructions carefully.
Interest in marketing, sales, or business development.
