Opportunity Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs across various mediums. Responsibilities:

– Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and presentations.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.

– Produce high-quality designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet project objectives and deadlines.

– Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit images, illustrations, and layouts.

– Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices, maintaining a consistent and seamless user experience.

– Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.

– Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

– Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

– Proven experience as a graphic designer, either in-house, at an agency or freelance.

– Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.

– Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.

– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking direction and feedback constructively.

– Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with web design is a plus.
