We’ve made significant strides in the industry and are now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to help strengthen our connections with artists, affiliates, and artist managers.
Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary link between 7th Century Music and the artists, affiliates, and managers using our platform. You’ll ensure smooth communication, provide solutions to inquiries, and help users maximize the benefits of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for artists, affiliates, and artist managers.
Provide clear guidance and solutions for inquiries about distribution, marketing, and monetization on our platform.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the 7th Century Music platform to educate and assist users effectively.
Foster strong relationships to enhance artist satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather user feedback and improve platform functionality.
Analyze client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for platform improvements.
Assist in onboarding new artists and affiliates, ensuring a seamless experience.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance communication strategies.
Requirements
Experience in customer relationship management or account management (preferably in the music or entertainment industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping artists grow.
Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively.
A solid understanding of music distribution, artist marketing, and affiliate programs will be an added advantage.
A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer support.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email support platforms, or community engagement software is a plus.
