Just Enough Change is an organisation that helps companies land their change programmes. All too often companies focus entirely on project management making sure projects are delivered to time, budget and the right quality, but they frequently miss the key ingredient to success –  people change.

We have two ways of tackling this issue at Just Enough Change…

We offer consultancy to organisations to help them drive change and improve their own internal change capabilities.
We have launched a new Change Management solution that is challenging the norms – theChangeTracker.

theChangeTracker is currently being used by some large organisations to help them understand the change impacts as well as helping them improve the change approach. A simple to use solution that not only graphically enriches the journey, but puts Change Management on an equal footing alongside Project Management.

We believe that focussing on people will help deliver change, ignoring them will certainly lead to failure to adopt the new initiative.

A cloud based solution that helps the organisation improve their own capabilities reducing the need for expensive consultancy 100% of the time. A solution that captures the key information and helps report on progress and next steps. A solution that can dave up to 10% time by driving collaboration between the deliverables and finally a solution that is easy to use with people at the heart.

Many practitioners focus on complex models or templates that frankly are not needed or actually drive confusion. We wanted to change that. We wanted to create something people got excited about using and they could use it to help establish, what is a growing skill in the modern day business.

Our motto is Change is hard enough, managing it shouldn’t be! This is what we believe in and the power of simplifying should not be underestimated with a clever solution to help calculate change fatigue before it occurs.

An organisation where fun is at the heart of what we do. Creating an environment where learning is part of the culture (and therefore mistakes are seen as learning exercises and there are no daft questions) we help organisation remove the stuffiness of a big agency approach and drive value for investment in the solution at every opportunity.

We are also an organisation with a social heart. We love to help people that have additional challenges, like those with the rare gene condition Wiedemann-Steiner Syndrome. We want to measure our success not on profit alone but how we are helping young adults who find life even more challenging, by recognising their strengths and building the skills matrix around them. We do really see it as a chance to ‘change the world’.
